How does it work?
A driver collecting a customer’s delivery from your restaurant can request a meal for themselves. You decide whether to accept. At pickup, check their live delivery-app order screen to confirm they’re collecting an order from your restaurant. Then enter their pickup code when handing over their driver meal.
What do I collect?
Collect $7 TOTAL from the driver at pickup, including applicable tax and fees. No additional charges at pickup.
Do I choose the meal?
Yes. Prepare a satisfying meal in your own kitchen using ingredients you use for your regular menu. You select the meal; there are no choices or substitutions. Its appearance and portion size may differ from your regular menu descriptions and photos.
Can I pause or decline requests?
Yes. You control availability and choose which requests to accept. Pause requests whenever your kitchen needs a break.
How do I check that the driver is eligible?
Check their live delivery-app order screen to confirm a current delivery pickup from your restaurant. Do not copy customer details. Share the meal only when their pickup code is available, and enter the code when handing over the meal.
What if the driver can’t verify a delivery pickup?
Do not hand over the driver meal or enter the pickup code. Open Report Issue on their meal request and choose Driver couldn’t verify delivery pickup. The report is linked to their account. If confirmed that they tried to collect a driver meal without a current delivery pickup from your restaurant, they forfeit the meal and any $1.50 reservation fee paid is not refunded.
What if I don’t accept in time?
Requests expire at the driver’s arrival when location is available, or after two minutes, whichever comes first. An unaccepted request does not become a confirmed meal.
Can one kitchen list multiple restaurant brands?
Yes. Use + Add Brands when setting up or editing your location. List only brands served by the same kitchen and pickup counter. Drivers can search by any listed brand or the address. An active delivery pickup for any of those brands qualifies, and the daily meal limit is shared across the kitchen. The kitchen still selects the meal.
Are payments live yet?
No. The current beta uses test payments only. No real money moves.
